"First I'll say that Wendy the receptionist is a nice lady, very polite. That being said, Steve the policy writer, is anything but. Knowledge of the product you sell is important, he lacks this basic information. He talks down to people who he feels better than. He acts like a spoiled child when frustrated with questions he cannot answer. He tried to say I needed to drop my current policy and start 3 with him. Despite that my current policy is far better. He won't give you a quote for anything, no matter how much info he has. I found there are much better companies out there that will actually help you and explain the policy. Overall, a huge waste of time, don't bother with this company."
