"Have had nothing but problems from them. Waited 8 months to get teeth cleaned just to be told come back another 8 months later. They also had me take time off work on MLK day just to find ther closed. They then lied and said they called me but I never received a call. So they said they must have the wrong number but they sure had the correct number for the 3 confirmation texts. So between that and the 16 months of waiting to get my teeth cleaned I'm done with these people ther liars and try to make it ur fault and the wait time to get my teeth cleaned is ridiculous to put it lightly. Would like to see another dentist come in do the job better and shut them out. Sick of ther nonsense. Thanks for all the nonsense Hermiston advantage Dental I really appreciate it. I've filed a formal complaint hopefully ther held accountable."

The girls who work the front desk always greet me with hi patty and a smile as well as when I leave its a smile and and remind me if I need anything to just give them a call. The dentists and assistants are also so caring and willing to take the time to explain in detail what they are doing. They never make you feel like your asking a dumb question or in a hurry to get to the next patient. I would recommend them 100%"
