"These apartments are on government subsidized for low income families, senior citizens & people with disabilities. They used to be cared for quite well, with little complaints. The management company was changed a while back & now they don’t upkeep the place as well. The laundry room is neglected, the landscape has minimal attention, they removed access to all residents outdoor watering means & I’m guessing more. Is this legal. I don’t know, but it seems morally wrong. I have friends & family here & it seems like someone is trying to reduce their quality of living for a larger personal profit."
