"Stay the hell away. They came inside my house without a proper written notice, we have our Ring video of them doing so. 10 months after moving out, they tried to hit me with a 2k bill. I have repeatedly called them asking for an itemized bill and they have ignored me. I also have phone recordings of it. Per Oregon law, they have 90 days to bill me, not 10 months after they completed the renovation of our old apartment, and trying to stick us with the bill. And last but not least, we never even had a contract nor a lease with them, we moved out 2 weeks after they took over."

I made sure every thing was done to perfection regarding the move out check list along with pictures from before move in. We got full deposit returns from both homes we rented from them... "I just want to start by saying these ladies are great. You get from them what you give. My family and I needed a place quickly. They worked with us even calling us when homes that fit our needs came up. They did find us a place very quickly. The place was nice and in good repair. They do walk throughs every few months but she always gave me enough notice to make sure the house was perfect before she came. Never had any issues with that. When moving out time came my husband and I were a little nervous because we had a big deposits on the line. We did everything u should when moving out. Cleaned the house perfectly, painted the walls because we caused some paint problems and paid a professional to do it because that's what out lease said to do. We did the walk through and she found some very small things she asked me to correct so I did. Our last communication when handing over the keys she informed me she has 30 days to get the deposits back to me. I can honestly say I was a little disappointed with that but I know that's the law so I handed over my keys expecting to wait for the money. Then to my surprise she called me the next day to tell me the check was ready to pick up. I was surprised and delighted by this news. We got every penny back. I would deffinaly rent from them agian and would reccomened them to anyone. They are the no nonsense types of people so if u come with drama and excuses this is probably not the place for u. But if u pay your rent on time keep a clean house and like things to be done the right way this is your place. Thank you Chris and Jolene for everything you guys have done for our family.
