"Phone hours could be better but my husband really likes this guy and he has a great bedside manner. Do people still say that? Is it still a thing? Because lots of doctors shuffle you in and out this guy won’t do that."

Very impressed. I didnt think the prices were outrageous at all. Comparable to place I used last. So so far I have had a great experience. Get my glasses and contacts in couple weeks..."

"Awesome. They're the only place in town that accepts VSP, and a lot of people in the area have that insurance - thus they can be swamped - but they were able to get me in reasonably soon after my call, have worked with me to find the glasses I love, worked with me over the phone to help me with next steps on contact lenses, have been professional and helpful at every step. The doctor showed me the images and talked about upcoming issues (cataracts), spent lots of time with me, etc. While I was there several people came in needing help; each was treated with respect. They have a good selection of lower-cost frames that they are happy to point out to people, as well as a broad range of great brands. I think they aren't open on Mondays, and because of staffing challenges (they take care of their people too!) they just have their message machine answering the phone on Fridays, so keep that in mind."

"Nobody ever answers the phone nor do they call you back. I have had to replace the frame I bought three times now. I just want a copy of my prescription and I can’t seem to get it from them. Time for the better business bureau"

"My review is in response to Cherish Benavidez review. We are open four days a week 10 hour days, all phone calls are returned in a timely manner. We are short staffed like the rest of the world and do the best we can with the staff we have in place. You phoned us on the 7th , your daughter appointment was the 22nd. Your daughter was given free sample contacts as a courtesy. We do not provide free solutions or contacts cases. The contact lenses companies no longer provide free cases or contacts. A dispense class was offered for a charge. Which was refused. The only converstion regarding glasses was to share the patients benefit insurance information. NO suggestions were made on glasses The patient was only interested in contacts. If Mom would have been present for the appointment she would have received accurate information."
