"My brother went there for mental health treatment For several years. I was his representative payee through social security for twelve plus years. He wanted to be able to handle his own finances. And so his doctor said sure we'll see if you succeed or fail on your own. At this point my brother has lost all of his social security, he is maniac Because he doesn't have any medications to take, He has lost his housing, He is barred from social offices because of his mania,so he cannot even get his social security payments And all because his doctor was so inadequate as to allow him to see "if you can fail or succeed on your own.". Well he has failed and every bit of the blame falls on waterfall clinic. If you want someone to assist you with your mental health. I would suggest going anywhere besides waterfall clinic. They do not have the ability to recognize a mentally ill person. That needs to stay on medication."

"We have been going here for almost 5 years and have never had a problem until yesterday. My wife went for an appointment and was greeted with the usual COVID questions. When asked if she had tested positive in the past 2 weeks, she said that she had tested positive last week. The staff went into a near panic and sent her to her car with a mask. 2 staff members went to the car and then proceeded to barrage her with questions. She said they were asking her so many questions all at once that she was confused and they seemed to take it as if she was being deceitful. She tried to clarify the facts but they did not seem to listen. But here's where it went off the rails. When she got home, a staff member called. We presume it was one of the ones who came to the car. She then proceeded to aggressively question my wife and stated that the other staff member could have been written up because of my wife's "mistake." My wife was forced to disconnect the call because the staff member would not let her explain and became progressively aggressive towards her. In my 51 years of life, I have never had a professional organization treat my family so disrespectfully. I understand that they need to be careful with COVID situations. But that doesn't mean you should vilify your patients or be uncivil. Waterfall really needs to focus on training staff to deal with situations with dignity and respect. Also, to discuss disciplinary matters regarding staff with a patient is also highly unprofessional. We will be taking our medical needs elsewhere as I highly doubt any change will occur. UPDATE: The CEO of Waterfall reached out to me and I emailed a detailed explanation of what happened. His response was prompt and gracious. He identified the staff member and stated that the situation would be handled. I appreciate his attention to the matter."

"Don't get used to your dr here. I have had 4 different dr's in 3 years. Not sure why, but they leave. As for care, I haven't had any problems. They get things done."
