"We found something we wanted and we were ready to buy with an underwriter approved mortgage letter and 20% down in cash. Our opening offer was 7% below the asking price, which Kim told our agent was “rejected by the owner” and “without a counteroffer” and also that there “werent any other offers.” My family wanted this property so I then instructed my agent to offer MORE than asking price hoping to be taken seriously. Next I was told by my agent that Kim asked us to wait days until exactly at 3 pm about my offer and that we would have an answer then. Our agent was told AGAIN that there were “no other offers” at that point. Days later at 3:00 pm comes and at that point our agent was told by Kim that there was actually a cash offer already pending from before my offers, AND, it was for a LOWER amount than mine. Kim told our agent that she was hoping the owner would reject that offer while the entire time she asked us to wait mysteriously she never even submitted my offer and then had the audacity to ask me would I like to be the backup offer just in case. Kim WASTED days of our time LEADING US ON and so did the owner of SISKIYOU COAST REALTY. They LIED to our agent and us multiple times and MISLEAD us. THE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE. UNSCROUPOLOUS. SHADY. DOUBLE ENDED. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. **UPDATE** Whatever “other offer” that was pending fell through right at the end and now that house is back on the market. Serves you right Kim.
