"After providing a 1-month notice in March, I moved out on April 5th, 2023. Management has been unresponsive to any communication (text/email) ever since they confirmed the move-out date, yet continue charging monthly rent (full rent for April and May). Since March, I provided a forwarding address, informed them I had vacated the unit on 4/5, and inquired on when I could expect the corrected charges. This has been a very unprofessional move-out experience thus far."
