"The property management maintenance does as little as possible. When I moved in the freezer was missing a self and the maintenance guy brought something from the dollar store that did not fit at all. A friend of mine that also rents from Lepmen is having issue with the freezer and all the maintenance guy did nothing but tilt the refrigerator back so the freezer door would close."

"Work order for a bathroom fan….. BJ from Maintenance showed up on time and ready to work. He Evaluated the situation and explain to me that he was going to obtain a new bathroom fan and when he came back he would have me taken care of in no time. He returned when he said he would and wiped his feet before he entered. Before I finished the dishes he had it installed, and cleaned up. He was informative and polite before he left. "After the death of my brother-in-law in September of 2014, our family needed to move my sister from Sweet Home to Albany. I looked for a rental that she and I could share, that could also accommodate her young companion animal. We looked at a bunch of rentals but we were always the second people to inquire, so we weren’t having much luck. That all changed when we found a beautiful Lepman managed home with a huge (HUGE) fenced backyard (cherry tree, apple and pear trees) that had just come onto the market. We began renting this home from Lepman Properties in February 2015. The newer management team of Cindy - Erika - Tonya and the rest of the folks there, are genuinely interested in making sure that your experience renting from Lepman Property Management is a good one. I can vouch that this hadn’t always been the case until these gals took over! They have bent over backwards to help us move from one of their property’s to another of theirs, which is much better suited to our needs. We LOVE our new home!!! Anytime we have had issues or things that needed to be repaired, their incredible group of maintenance folks are right on it! I would not hesitate to refer you to Lepman Property Management ... you will not be disappointed! p.s. Our old next door neighbors are absolutely the sweetest people ... we are going to miss them! "They charged us for damages that were not of our doing, told us that they were going to charge us for 3 years worth of wear and tear on old carpet even if we only lived there a year. They NEVER completed ANY maintenance request and seemingly destroyed any documents that we submitted for repairs. Highly unsatisfied with how they handled not only myself, but other tenants renting from their units. Shameless and unprofessional. I advise against renting from these pompous over glorified slumlords."

"Dale is Seriously AWESOME! He tells you straight up when you rent the place what the rules are, and he sticks to those for everyone. He's awesome at giving helpful suggestions too. They are great at getting out to do repairs if something breaks. There's an email system to request repairs, so I don't have to remember to call in during business hours or anything. I lived in one of there properties for about a year and a half and some times I had to email a second time to remind about an issue, but everything was always fixed or replaced if it was broken. Dale's happy to tell you about cool local stuff and you get discounts on some things when you move in. Dale even totally helped me with check out, because he wanted to be sure that I got my deposit back, and some things I either just missed because I was too short, or because you inevitably forget something, and he helped me out! We finished school and got a job in another town, but as a long time renter I completely recommend this management company. They are fair and they will watch out for you."
