"The hot tub has been out of service for more than a year. They do not alert this feature is down. Also, we were in town for an event, which we mentioned ro the front desk, and there should have been an event diacount on the room but it wasnt offered. Otherwise the room was clean and staff was friendly. Just super disappointed in the lack of customer service."
"I called and asked if they offered military discounts. They said yes and that I could reserve a room for $95. Drove all the way over here and they said it's active duty only. Then the rate went up to $178. No thanks.."
"We came from Eastern Washington for our children's basketball tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our group very well. The rooms were clean and pillows/bed were super comfy. The room was spacious with couch. The hotel is right off the highway and close to everything. 20mins from In and Out! 1/2hr from the Woodburn Outlet Mall. The customer service we received is what will bring us back here."
"We have stayed here for the past 7 1/2 years. We are treated like old friends. We love the hot cookies, the pool and the jacuzzi hot tub. It's a great way to relax after the long drive to get here."
