"The apartments are newly remodeled and very beautiful inside! Brand new laundry rooms (you can use your debit card now- no more quarters!), easy to set up online rent payments, close to grocery stores, gyms, and I-5. The maintenance team is prompt, professional, and friendly. The only down side is there’s no assigned parking and they don’t have recycle but overall it’s been an excellent experience to live here."

"The main office is nearly impossible to reach by phone, email, or in person which is the exact reason I decided to cancel my $300 deposit over a month ago. Still have not received it back though I was told it would be 2 weeks. I gave them extra time due to Thanksgiving and apparently that was a mistake as they are continuing to ignore me. I don't recommend engaging with them at all. It's not worth it. Edit to add: I specifically requested the money be returned to my account, not mailed. So there's no excuse for "returned checks""

"BEWARE. This apartment complex took my deposit, never followed up with any updates after they approved me, and when I reached out for details the manager (Veronica Maddy) was outrageously difficult to get in contact with. I have been a renter for over a decade and have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I am currently waiting for my deposit to be returned after being put off for months. Run, don’t walk from this complex."

"5 and a half months or so latter finaly got my deposiy hold for an application on a rental back after being denied the rental. If you can't afford to lose the money for that long or longer considering I spent alot of time and effort trying to get it back do not even apply at this place I was one step away from having to take them to court for what they know they owed me!"
