"This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The management and maintenance are super responsive! The complex is uniquely arranged with cute landscaping and a pathway that runs through the whole complex. The complex is also gated/fenced around the whole perimeter, so you feel really safe. I'm allowed to have little gardens which is the best. There's a fireplace in my apartment too! The complex is a little old but they're always making repairs and upgrades. For example, mine has been redone with nice modern floors and counters. My little loft apartment is just perfect for me and my family."

"I had been living in Hawaii for almost 5 years, then found a place in Woodburn in December of 2020 that was just okay. When I first moved into Brookshore in September of 2021, I was really taken with how pretty the grounds were and after being there for a little over a year, all I can say is, I already miss it! You get a really nice, clean, large apartment for a great price and they make everything simple in the move-in and out. I very much enjoyed having the "month-to-month" lease, since I ended up staying over a year anyway! The staff both in the office and the maintenance crew are really kind. If something needs fixing, they are there, right away! I have nothing but fond memories of my time there."

"I moved to this apartment complex sight unseen from out of state. I got lucky and rented the best unit in the complex. The surrounding yard is large which made gardening great. I planted plants, grew herbs and flowers. Put up a canopy and a hammock. It didn’t feel like apartment life. It felt like a cozy home. The owner/manager has a huge heart. You don’t rent from a large corporation, you rent from HER! The office manager is just as wonderful. She is sooooo thoughtful. The maintenance team are fabulous men. The requests were completed the same day. These men are hard workers and very kind. Overall, the complex is ran by staff who are easy to work with, good communication, thoughtful, and kind hearted. The ONLY reason I moved was due to work. I hope the new residents take care of the apartment and get as much joy as I did from living there."

"I can not express how fantastic living in this complex has been for the last 5 years. My wife and I are absolutely amazed at how involved the management is with caring about your household and the tenant living in the household. Always on top of any issues that ever come up and always has an open door policy to just talk. I am confident on raising my future children here and would not live anywhere else in albany❤️ Brookshore is amazing and I highly recommend living here!"

"AMAZING!!!!!! We moved here from NJ and we struck gold choosing Brookshore Apartments! The owner Tamryn and her assistant manager, Michelle, are the most honest, funny and coolest people we have ever met. The application process was extremely easy and we got approved over the phone the same day we applied! The apartment we moved into is a snazzy loft style with beautiful floors, spacious backyard, spacious bedrooms, and a huge kitchen!! Not only do we feel safe living here but we always feel welcomed by the amazing staff. This should be your top choice when hunting for a new apartment!"
