"I've liked it here the last few years. Rent is reasonable for a 900sqft 2BD in the middle of town. Maintenance has been on the ball for issues. Our fridge went out within a week of moving in and had a new one in two days. Gilbert the head maintenance guy is super friendly and if you talk to him first before putting a request into the black hole that is the tenant website, things will get done much faster. There's a good contingent of older folks living here, so it's reasonably quiet most of the time. For what you get, I certainly can't complain, but my standards are low. It's been smooth sailing 95% of the time."

"No on-site management and managed by a corporate company that doesn’t do anything! There is no assigned parking, no washers and dryer’s in the apartment, and no dishwasher. When something breaks down the maintenance man takes weeks to fix and does patchwork only. Out front door has multiple cracks all the way through it where you can see the light from the outside, The bottom of the door is warped where light and air comes through. Instead of replacing the door the maintenance just painted over the cracks. The. neighbors above play loud music all the time and the management does nothing. The neighbors above water heater bursts and the water leaked into our kitchen light and onto our kitchen floor. We called the offsite management co. (Bluestone and Hockley). They gave us the maintenance man phone number and we called him. to find out he’s lives a hour away. When he arrived he knocked on our neighbors door who refused to let him in. The lease states in emergency situations a 24 hour notice is not required to enter. Instead of telling them let me in or face eviction they did nothing while our apartment flooded. Rent here is overpriced at $1025 and have been told it’s going up by 75 next year. The only positive is a large master with giant closet &!is pet friendly. Expect to pay 50 more for your pets. The location is ideal but no worth the headache to live here."

"This apartment complex once had potential. Now it is ran by Bluestone and Hockley. They are a horrible management company. I feel sorry for whoever actually owns this property. The management is completely unresponsive/unreliable. All they care about is collecting your rent. The trash is always overflowing. There has been old couches piling up for months. The ponds are all broken. You shouldn’t use beautiful ponds for your rentals if they aren’t actually working. Everything is overgrown. There are spiders hanging over all the walk ways. The landscapers don’t do anything besides blow debris around, and they also blow over everything on your porch and leave it blown over. The back of the property would be perfect for a community garden, but they cut the water back there and don’t pay anyone to keep up with the landscaping. Future residents; think twice before renting with this company!"
