"Landlord is very nice but be careful about security deposit $. He is known to keep and not return. My experience is totally bogus. Kept my $500 deposit and billing me for additional $65.35. Pictures he took was taken by him on 6/22/22 and my cleaning lady cleaned on 6/22/22. She spent 5 hours doing a final cleaning and took pics. Arranged final walk through scheduled for 6/23/22 at 10:00 with my representative. Half of this is bogus."
