"Nice apartments, but expensive for the size, and parking here is an issue. It’s an extra 75 dollars per month to have your own parking spot, which I can’t afford. I don’t get home from work until the evening and I’m lucky to find one open spot in the whole apartment complex. In addition, most of the spots are marked as compact, but the cars parking there are not. Not their fault, there are just no other options. This leaves very little space between vehicles. I just got a new car and it already has scuffs and paint scratches from my neighbors’ car doors. There are always about 5 utility vehicles permanently taking up parking spaces here."

"The preserve has been such an incredible place to stay. From all the amenities and helpful staff to the beautiful floor plans, I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is in such a great location that has been really central to everything we enjoy doing!"

"I absolutely love living here. The location is excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and all the staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. Any time I have encountered an issue, I have had a prompt response and solution presented, whether it was internet connectivity or gym access, they are always completely on top of things. In my opinion, the complex is well worth the price point, especially if you make use of the trails, pool/hot tub, and lovely clubhouse. 5/5 overall, could not be happier!"
