"I have to say for apartments that I have lived in or been to the people are friendly and pretty quiet and the manger is helpful and respectful and almost everybody has some kind of dog most of the ones I have seen are pits and most apartments don't allow that kind of dog"

"This was my first apartment. It was great up until I started to realize that there was no space for anything and the carpets had a smell you couldn’t get rid of. Not to mention the walls are super thin, so you can hear if somebody is even watching TV. There is also ZERO amenities. The plus side was things would be fixed very fast if you report it. I made great memories here, but it’s garbage for the price of rent. I was here for 2 years. The first year of living here it was 1050 with pet rent and utilities. Second year was 1,090 with pet rent and utilities. They raised my rent 100 dollars if I signed a renewed lease. If you’re desperate for a place, I guess this would work, but I don’t recommend."

"I can't thank Donna and her team enough for how fabulous they were during my time of transition! If I had an issue with my apartment they were quick to respond and get it taken care of. Never having lived in an apartment I was a little uncertain, I loved the location and felt safe! Thank you so much for all you guys did for me while I was there!!"

"Toured this complex recently in my seemingly endless quest for an apartment in a decent location. Was surprised how clean and quiet the place was. After speaking with the assistant manager, I was given a tour around the apartments. Absolutely love the fact that it sits on a hill overlooking the parts of south Salem. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little more expensive than I'd like but in my opinion the wonderful upkeep and great staff more than make up for that."

"Started out great. A bit High in price for not being updated but quite spacious! Rent kept rising. Every 6 months to be exact! A rat entered my apartment through cabinet and wasnt exterminated properly. Among many other issues had to threaten to take manager to court to get my deposit and prorated move out money. Very crooked manager. Do not rent there."
