The amenities are really nice and the area is locked and gates for the highest safety.......and due to past experiences at old apartments this makes us feel very safe and comfortable. Parking is extra but the road and parking lot across the way are free and not too far to walk to the complex. We are so blessed to live here!"

"Do NOT live here. Rent is ridiculously high for what you’re getting. When I moved in with my roommates we were told about the available parking spots (which we would have to pay extra for), but as soon as we moved in, all of a sudden there were no parking spots available. Turns out before the apartments were completed the spots were given away long before anyone even moved in. Tenants have multiple parking spots, while there are many who are left without even one. That leaves the street parking, which is atrocious and hard to come by. The only parking lot is a good walk away, and even then that is filling up as well. And as far as the apartment itself- cheap. When it rains, there are leaks in the windows and it fills the paint alongside the window to the point where they will pop with water when touched. If you’re thinking of moving into this place, don’t. Do not be fooled by how nice everything looks. It’s new, yes, and everything looks amazing. But it’s cheaply done, and there are just too many inconveniences that come with these apartments. Don’t waste your time or your money on this place."
