"I’m not sure how I discovered these apartments but I am so thankful I did. These are the nicest and most spacious townhouses that you could find in this price range. I truly don’t think there is a better deal on housing. The rooms are ginormous, the appliances are all well maintained (they even have updated rooms with beautiful countertops and stainless steel appliances). The landlord (Sarah) has been patient, understanding and communicative since Day 1. I feel extremely safe here as well. Your neighbors are great and we’ve developed some sweet relationships here. I definetly reccomend checking it out. I’ve lived in Eugene all my life and was sure I’d never live in River Road area but this is so convenient and a nice hide-a-way from the busy traffic of Eugene which makes it so secure. Extremely happy with the place, people and management- I know you would be too!!"
"Understanding, reasonable, and always a pleasure to interact with. I've been with them for more than two years and couldn't hope for better. Sarah has been very responsive and personable. The property is very clean and well taken care of. It's the sort of place you want to pass to a friend."
"I lived here for 4 years! It was the first place I could call home that I paid for all by my self! I grew and learned so much in that time and am so thankful to have always had this place to call home. The property management team here, especially Sarah, are so compassionate and understanding! Any time you need anything they are super supportive and are down to help find a solution! I went through a very rough patch where my father passed away and I needed to care for my disabled mother as well as my disabled brother and Sarah was very understanding and compassionate, and helped me with the process of moving my mom and her pets into home with the upmost sincerity! I have so much love and care for Sarah! If you live here be thankful for her, she is 1 in a million!! These homes are 2 bedrooms and one bath, two stories and one of the best places in Eugene if you are just starting out, the homes are close to everything with a shared laundry room for everyone to share saving your time from going to the laundry matte! Plus if you have pets there is a nice big field for you to play with your pets and let them go potty. This was such a great place for me to get my career on track while giving me the ability to take care of my home life in a safe, reliable place which was quite hard to say goodbye to, I would have stayed there forever if we didn’t need more space! If you are just starting out check out greystone and go talk to Sarah! I could go on and on about how great my experience was here! Thank you so much to Sarah and the management crew, the maintenance crew, and all of the other residents you sure made the last 4 years of my life a delight!"
"Very unhappy with this property management company. My roommates and I were full time students, non partygoers and non smokers. We adhered to their policies quite well (except for a couple times where we watched scary movies or had family over). Throughout our time renting with them, we were blamed (often I might add) for playing loud music and being loud tenants. How can five introverts who are either always at work or school be so loud? Beats me. The loud music and noise was always coming from the tenants that lived below us (who also smoked pot! We even asked them WITH TEXT AS EVIDENCE that they did and would “try” to smoke outside so it wouldn’t bother us...more on this soon). In the winter 3/4 bedrooms were heated...guess which one was mine. Turns out what I thought was a heating vent was just a vent that connected to my roommates room. So I couldn’t have a warm room unless they turned on the heater. The hallway was always warm though! We also experienced homeless people raiding our dumpsters and leaving a mess (we got the blame) and having items in the washroom stolen (again we were blamed because we did not stay in a hot laundry room for an hour). Then upon moving out and getting our deposit back we got a letter stating that they had kept some of our money for the following damages - carpet deposit (understandable, it was a rainy year and we had a cat living with us) - cleaning costs (so I shouldn’t have even bothered when I wasted a whole weekend deep cleaning) - smoke damage from weed (this is what upsets me the most. I nor any of my former roommates smoked pot or tobacco! Our ventilation was connected to the apartment downstairs so it always reeked of weed because of them. Even after meeting with the landlord several times (she assured us nothing was wrong and that we had nothing to worry about) we were still punished for something that was not our fault. TL;DR: Don’t rent with this company unless you like being scapegoated and like losing money."
