"How can I describe it? It's a loving community where everyone loves and helps you like family. Especially Adrianna, from the time I came to the door asking about availability to the time I checked in. She tried her best to help me with everything, I know there are some things that she should not do, but she was very considerate to help us solve the problem. Having lived in Corvallis for two years, I believe that friendly and conscientious office personnel are far more important than anything else. These are my personal experiences, and thanks again Adrianna!!!!"

"Wonderful experience! I've lived here for two years and loved it. Fantastic location: easy to walk or bus to campus, easy to get on 34. Parking was never an issue except very occasionally on game days. It is located across the street from Reser Stadium, so it can occasionally cause traffic issues. Also if you open the window you can keep up with the game from your bedroom! Not a big problem for me, mostly occurs during fall quarter and is a natural consequence of being so close to the stadium. The management is professional and kind. The maintenance team is absolutely wonderful and fixed any issues quickly. We had a couple of appliances replaced, and it was always a good experience. Laundry is decent. Four washers and four dryers. Two dollars a load. App only payment. The apartment itself has thin carpet, nice large balconies, well designed kitchen, and perfectly functional bathrooms. I've enjoyed it here."

"Great location for students! Right next to campus and good prices! The 2.5bath townhouse is awesome with 2 balconies and a nice view of a creak behind it. The management also offers prompt maintenance services! I would recommend getting it!"

"I really enjoy living here at Santana Court Apartments, even if it is close to the Stadium! haha! My apartment is cute and cozy, and I feel safe. The property Manager has been very accommodating and helpful, someone who actually cares about the residents. Highly recommend renting here!"

"I stayed here for 2 years while I attended college. It was a fantastic place to live. The apartment I stayed in was very nice and the location is stellar! All of my maintenance requests were dealt with swiftly and all of the management and staff were lovely. In particular, I talked a lot with Adriana and she was always very sweet and helpful. I could not have picked a better place to live!"
