Fillmore Inn Studio Apartments

"When I lived here the accommodations were OK. My issue was with the roommate, who filled the entire kitchen and bathroom with her stuff and then left hurtful, threatening letters about not having enough storage space and how cluttered the common space was. I showed her letters to management, but they didn't do anything or offer alternative spaces to move into. I ended up cutting my lease early, which thankfully they didn't charge me too much to terminate. That's why I put 2 stars instead of 1."

"I just visited my daughter who is living at the Fillmore Inn. The new maintenance person was there and he was so wonderful and helpful. The new laundry room is perfect as my daughter does not need to walk across the street anymore. The new owners have really cleaned things up since I was there a year ago. Very impressed with the property clean up! I read a review from another parent about the kitchen mess but the roommates need a cleaning plan-"

"Not the most comfy in 2022. These are not studios, these are quads. I got very lucky that my "roommates" (totally random strangers I shared EVERYTHING with) were polite and clean. I was charged double the amount of rent during a management switch, the walls are thin enough to hear every conversation your roommates have, and this area can get pretty sketchy at night. When I lived here in 2022 I felt uncomfortable to take my trash out at night, and there are always randos just... hanging around. And there are ALWAYS people dumpster diving or digging through the recycling in the communal recycling building. I never met any management staff in person for the 6 months I lived here, but they were responsive enough to take care of my rent issues. You get what you pay for, but the wildcard aspect of living in a quad and living in this part of corvallis I don't think is worth it. Don't hedge your bets, get an actual studio. Giving 3 stars to give the new management benefit of the doubt."

"The worst place ever! My son lived there one year, he just finished his degree at OSU and I came to Corvallis to help him move; what un unpleasant experience I had when I saw the filth that he had to go through, the couldn’t even use the kitchen because of the garbage everywhere and even rotten food; I don’t know and can’t imagine where the people (if you can call them people) that he shared the kitchen and bathroom with come from, ONE star is a lot for what this place deserves, there should be a minus 5 and even that would be a lot! DO NOT rent this place unless they change management, it’s as filthy as it can get! Words cannot describe the filth but pictures can."

"My daughter stays here while in college. We had so many issues. On move in there was no one in the office and the manager never checks her messages or answers. The maintenance couldn’t let her in because they failed to list the unit she was assigned. We found out this happened to many people later. Over and over again we have had these kinds of issues. Management is terrible and there are some pretty seedy tenants. Unimpressed. Looking for a better place long term."
