"It was possible to live in the room for the time we were alloted. Like, we didn't die or anything. The room smelt funny, there was a large homeless encampment right outside our window, and the continental breakfast was basically just frosted flakes, bagels (I think?) and boilt eggs. Cool dog behind the counter tho."

"Perhaps the worst experience I have had at a hotel, including a variety of cheap digs in Latin America. Some shady characters leaning on cars in the parking lot. The man at the counter was immediately rude. My room reeked of weed so I went back downstairs to ask if I could change rooms. No one at the counter because the man was now smoking a cigarette right in front of the door. He, grumpily, agreed to change my room as if he was the one inconvenienced. Unfortunately, the new room smelled just as bad so I just gave up and went to bed (did a thorough check for bed bugs but saw no evidence, thankfully). I’m perfectly amenable to “getting what you pay for” but the experience was far worse than the $80 would otherwise merit. The whole vibe of the place is grim. Like the staff have all given up."

"How does this place stay in business?! This place is a filthy dump. I'm under the impression that the housekeeping/maintenance crew are members of the owners family and they come to work when they please, or not. After reading all the reviews, all I can say is: All the negative reviews are accurate."

"Stayed here for 2 nights the last couple years( go to Corvallis for big smash one a year) and for one year out of 4 the pool has been open. The breakfast was just cereal and beagles. Lots of spiders in our room and rooms smelled like cigarettes."

"On the surface, the hotel is in a decent location relative to Corvallis, but there is quite a bit of homelessness around. Our Room, #124, seemed to have thin walls as we could clearly hear the TV next door. Fortunately, it got quieter and the bed was comfortable so we slept reasonably well. We woke feeling rested, that is until we discovered bed bugs! We had never seen them before and were shocked to see one crawling across our bed the next morning. I immediately squished it leaving a blood smear, meaning it had a recent snack. In lifting back the covers, our shock increased exponentially as there were blood smears all over the fitted sheet. Another larger one crawled across the bed and we captured it. We pulled the bed away from the wall and there were many crawling along a piece of wood next to the box spring. Overall, my wife is now covered from head to toe with over 70 bites! The night staff was mixed, but the morning staff were quite helpful. They did the best they could to compensate us, but this place needs to go through a significant fumigation to get rid of these pests as I'm certain they are not just confined to Room #124."
