"I have three investment properties with this office and the team does a great job renting my properties, organizing the move-out and move-in checklists so there are not long periods of time between tenants, and are always responsive to my questions. The neighbors of my properties never have a bad word to say about the tenants and my properties are always in good shape after the tenants move out. Definitely recommend this office if you have properties or are a tenant looking for a great management company."

"I live on a property that is next to a property that they manage, and we've had issues with the tenants and their dogs. The dogs are neglected and they started tearing and biting at our fence. I've called and left 2 voicemail requesting a call back. When I did receive a call back, I was met with major attitude and defensive comments from Sydne Stark. It's one thing to poorly manage your own property, but it's another thing when the tenants are destroying neighbors property and they won't fix it. Extremely disappointing."

"Very very poorly managed. We had a broken oven the entire year of living at maple tree despite numerous maintenance requests, ignored phone calls, and ignored emails. this was the same case when the toilet broke (due to negligence of the unit, it had corroded) and took them two weeks to fix after daily messages. will not answer the phone for rental references when you try to leave. the place was filthy when we moved in so they don’t clean the units in between tenants either (dead frogs, dirty smelly carpet, clogged sinks, etc). but if rent is a day late they’ll be sure to contact you right away! absolute nightmare. DO NOT rent from them and save yourself the headache."

"This company is entirely unprofessional and unorganized. Renting a house through this company is a very bad idea. No one answers the phones, emails, maintenance requests in a timely manor, and usually not at all. Getting something as simple as screens for a couple windows has taken over 4 months (still not received), and promises have been broken over and over regarding replacements. We have been drinking microplastics for the past 4 months because maintenance requests regarding our foggy water were ignored, and when we finally contacted our own plumber they informed us that our entire water heater is deteriorating into our water.. I don’t understand how a management company cant answer calls, voicemails, emails, and maintenance requests repeatedly and still call themselves a management company. I cannot wait until my lease ends and I am no longer in any relation with Windermere."

"This apartment was supposedly move in ready. Black mold, water damage, bug infestation. And believe it or not, there was even more disgusting things that I won’t share on here. Instead of trying to rectify the situation they wanted to let us out of our lease. They left us homeless living in a hotel. Worst service we have ever received. Really shameful and not even an apology."
