"Which people Llyod? How would someone know that unless they worked there? Is that a conflict of interest? What about the other guy with the same name who gave it 4 stars? Laughable. They failed to fix a plumbing issue and decided charging us was the best course of action despite it being a clear structural problem. We protested and the company decided to not renew our lease. I'm happy they didn't, I'd never live there again. They took every penny they could without making it worth the dispute when we left. It took them almost two months to return the deposit. Rent is cheap for a reason, live somewhere else if you can."

"Awful place, nickle and dimed us after taking our deposit. Charged us for issues we brought up several times but they never bothered to fix. I lived there about 2 years ago, but the management there was rude. I heard they raised the prices after they "renovated". Not worth the money."

"This apartment complex is quite good for your money. We've had some run-ins with rude employees, but nothing more than you would get at literally any other place of business on a Monday. Apartments are clean when you go to move in, the staff is really efficient(Generally maintenance requests are resolved within a day or two and they have never taken more than a few days to get anything done), and it's actually a good place to live. The neighbors seem to be polite, although most tend to keep to themselves, and I would recommend this place to anyone in search of an apartment. They did raise the rent while I lived there, but no more than I would expect to match housing market, etc. They definitely weren't gouging anyone."
