"In the beginning Rebecca helped us and did everything to help. She spent 8 hrs in our home between two days. But somehow things went bad when we got charged the $32 a mth that she was trying to get us to not have to pay, because of our low income on Medicare. She was totally confused as to what could have happened. After calls to her over and over, papers she promised to help us amend with the right words, frustration, on and on she totally quit returning my phone calls. After several days, she turned her phone off! I couldn't find a business card until now. It's been about 3 weeks. I had a stroke in June and we really value our health care. Now we have no agent. Technically! We have gone out of our way to get this resolved. What kind of a business does this? We are not happy with this company. Will never! Work with them again."

The first plan she set up for me did not cover prescriptions so my meds went from $9 to $400 the second plan did not cover my doctor when I tried to contact the representative she has not returned my call after 4 days. This put me past the cutoff date. I had to contact Medicare who fixed the problem. In short avoid bankers life at all costs"
