"The walls are so thin you can hear the conversation of your neighbors. The place has pests. It is absolutely not weather sealed at all. There are pack rats that live in the walls. The whole place is being eaten by termites. You can see daylight at the edges of the ceiling beams.. oh yeah and there's black mold. There's a reason they won't let you do a walk through before signing the lease"
