"We have always been interested in tiny house living. I think we even saw this place on tv a few years ago. We were trying to find a place as an alternative to staying in Idaho when it was 100 degrees. We called and they had availability. We were happy to spend the next month here. Pretty much everyone is friendly, it is very quiet here. Most people are extremely courteous. We even thought about buying a tiny house to put here, but as our parents are in other parts of the country that will have to wait several years. The amenities are great. The air is clean, free of smoke and the temps are mild year round. We can’t say enough good things about this place. We hope to visit again someday."
"My husband, myself and our two cats stayed in the Rock Tiny House in the interim of moving. The park was very accommodating and Josh was so very helpful throughout our stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful and a 5 minute walk gets you to the Pacific Ocean. The tiny house had everything that one would need for our stay. The neighbors are all very nice and friendly. I would recommend this place for sure."
"This Place is Amazing! It is so unique and cool. we stayed in The Breakers and it was such an experience! having a climbing wall on the side of your house while on vacation is just the best! the inside was so well designed and thought out. full disclosure the shower is a bit small if you're on the taller side but hey it is a tiny house, that's just part of it. Also being literally 5 minutes from a basically empty beach was the icing on top! I can't recommend this place enough!"
"Lived here for the first few months after it opened, and it was a godsend. Such a peaceful, beautiful, safe place. Josh has done an amazing job of rehabilitating the property and designing lovely places to hang out and chat with friends. The overnight rentals are a great, affordable, private option just a few minutes from Yachats."
