"Don't rent here. The fireplace was broken for our winter getaway. We tried to get a hold of someone but it's impossible since it's owned by VACASA. I asked for a partial refund seeing how the unit wasn't as advertised but all I get is a message back that they are very busy. Houseless people are using the game room bathroom and laundry. They were nice enough but they were digging all the trash out to look for cans. The check out time it stupid early. Very over priced for what it is. You get one bowl, the fireplace doesn't work, and the hot tub is broken."
"Perfect for our needs as an older couple. Loved the hot tub as well and watching the ocean from the deck. Will return."
"We love these cottages! Whether rainy or clear, the view is spectacular. We love the closeness to the beach. The hot tub is an added bonus!"
"This was a very comfortable and well-situated unit. Yes, you can hear tenants in the unit above, but we did not expect to have 4 or more children running around in the upper unit stomping on the floor/ceiling. Other than that, we were able to utilize the kitchen for cooking after a long day of crabbing, relax by the fireplace, and leave the rear slider open to take in the salt air and the sound of the rolling ocean waves. This is a quite enjoyable unit to stay in."
