"We went to a Woods and Waves with some friends. Had an absolutely magical time. The house was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was situated on a second floor deck that looked into the Sitka spruce forest. We took advantage of the trails in the forest and did lots of hiking. All four bedrooms have private bathrooms. Only a five minute walk to the beach! We had an amazing time. This Christmas, we’re going to take our kids and grandkids back there! Mark"

"Our family has stayed here twice and we never want to leave. The house is amazing with plenty of rooms and amenities for all ages. The location is perfect for a walk in the woods or down the hill to the beach!"

"Stayed here last fall and had a magical time. The house is gorgeous and huge with room for large families and groups. The rooms are really nicely furnished and there are a lot of nice touches like the coffee/espresso machine (my personal favorite). Olivia Beach itself is like a hidden gem. I’ve been through Lincoln City many times and never knew it was there. Very quaint and lovely place with a great beach. I would recommend staying here at any time of year. The house, the location, the town, all combine to provide the ideal vacation or getaway. We love this place and will certainly be back!"

"My family and friends stayed here in March and we were fortunate to have absolutely beautiful weather during our whole stay. My favorite features of the house were the furnishings and location. The entire house was very clean and decorated in bright colors to make things really cheery. I slept really well in the bed and loved relaxing on the couch or out on the deck with a stunning view of the ocean. The location is hard to beat. It’s a quiet neighborhood with access to the beach. The walk down to the beach takes your through a very lovely neighborhood of houses. This was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for me. Going away from the beach you are walking distance from the outlet mall and a grocery store. I’m already going back to this place in September and can hardly wait!"

"I stayed at this lovely beach home last October. What a gorgeous home that slept all of us comfortably. Furnishings are so fresh and beautiful with accents of the beach. Everything is clean and in working order. The kitchen has everything you need including a Miele coffee maker. There are also games to play and a hot tub that makes you feel like your sitting in the forest. Absolutely love this Olivia Beach cottage and plan to come back for many more visits!!"
