Osprey Apartments

"I'm yet to move in, so I will likely update later with my perception of the community, building, and living quality. However, I want to commend my leasing agent, Veronica Stadig, for being so welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgable about the property. On our tours, I felt like she really anticipated and respected my needs as someone with a mobility-related disability, and she was very receptive to detailed questions. Over email and phone, she's also kind, communicative, and very responsive. Her help definitely factored into my consideration and signing with Osprey :)"

"I have lived at the Osprey for over a year now and the team here has been exceptional! I remember my first tour with Alex and her assistance in finding the perfect apartment for me! Since then the leasing staff Eleazar and Veronica have been super helpful anytime there is an issue. In addition, they have thrown some really creative and exciting community events. The common spaces are kept neat and tidy and there is always a draw to the outdoor patio. There are consistently improvements like the gym now has a stairmaster and it has been really nice for a quick little cardio session. The units have great views and very efficient AC/Cooling systems where my electric bill will usually be around $55 even in the hottest and coldest month of the year. Appliances are updated and if there are any issues, our maintenance team Carlos, Brian and Keith are quick to get them fixed up. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Osprey and making friends with other residents in the process. That is all a part of why I just renewed my lease here! Thank you Osprey team for working hard for us to have a great place to live!"

"Osprey Apartments are flawless. I love my unit, the staff are friendly and helpful. These are the nicest apartments I've ever lived in. Veronica and Ace are both really great, I'm glad to have them here. The only complaints I can think of for the property are that Vivint (the smart home panel) doesn't really work with the mobile app and I can hear water trickling through the pipes in my walls. But those are pretty minor compared to headaches I've had at other apartments I've rented. Five stars!"

"Osprey Apartments is an incredible place to live. Not only is it by the South Waterfront, which is a wonderful place to walk and explore, but it is a nice place to live. When I first moved in, the staff was going through changes and I wasn't a fan. But a few months ago, they went through another shift and the new crew is fantastic: From Alex, the manager to Eleazer, one of the team, they are incredible to work with. There is only one downside to the apartments: While they are pretty much soundproof between neighboring apartments, they are unfortunately NOT soundproofed between apartments overhead. Since I moved in, I have had to deal with extremely heavy footed people stomping around on my head, sometimes early morning, sometimes late at night. And a couple times in the middle of the night. Even worse is the current upstairs neighbor who seems to throw fits occasionally and stomps hard and fast several times in a row. But the stomping is the only bad thing. The fitness center is well equipped and the location is fantastic. I highly suggest this place. If I decide to stay at the end of my contract, I'm hoping to switch to an apartment on the top floor. Then, it should be just about perfect."
