Acqua Apartments

"Had been in contact with management throughout the week to schedule a showing and received a confirmation email yesterday for a showing today. On arrival noone was there and I waited for 20 minutes and called woth no answer. Really unprofessional and a huge waste of my time"

"I usually only write positive reviews but this is just to warn those who are interested in Acqua apartments so their time isn’t wasted like mine was. I came from out of town so I had a pretty strict pre—planned schedule of the apartments that I had made appointments to view. I scheduled my tour of Acqua on 2/6 through the website. On the same day I was emailed by them informing me that they would be closed that day but open the following day. We rescheduled and confirmed our appointment for the following day. I came for my appointment on 2/11. When I arrived, there was no one in the leasing office and a “Notice of Foreclosure” sign was on the doors. I did see one person who appeared to live in the building but there was no way for me to get in and nobody ever showed up for the tour. I tried contacting by email and phone but couldn’t get in touch with anybody. Keep in mind, Acqua was out of the way for me and you have to walk about 15 minutes from public transportation to get there. I not only had wasted time and money, but the time could have been spent viewing another apartment had I not been ghosted by Acqua. Only today (2/13) had I finally received a response asking if I would like to reschedule. Just wanted to share my experience and hopefully save someone the time and effort!"

"Just moved into Acqua and we have had such a great, smooth process doing so. The manager Devin was so helpful despite our late arrival into Portland (8pm), and we were still able to receive keys to our new home! There was a small maintenance issue with a sink leak, but that was taken care of the next morning through the maintenance employee. Overall great experience!"

"Devin is the most helpful, patient, and gracious leasing agent I’ve ever met! He spent so much time showing us apartments, some more than once, the amenities, and answering all of our questions. The apartments are beautiful and the building is small so it has a nice community feel. Acqua seems like a great place to live!"

"Acqua Apartments in Porltand is a great place to live! Me and my wife just moved in and we love it. Here is what we love: 1) The building is completely new with all new appliances. It also comes partially furnished! 2) The location is close enough to the center of the city and the Pearl District that you can get pretty much anywhere in the city within 10-15 min. Also just far enough away that you can reach all of Beaverton within 10-15 min, very convenient! 3) The staff is very friendly, flexible and accommodating. Jorge and Jonathan have been very kind, helpful and responsive to us through the entire process. Thanks guys! 4) Portland is a great place to bike and thus, the safe bike rooms are essential for our peace of mind. 5) We look forward to the great view on the rooftop lounge and the fitness center once Covid lockdown clears up. Overall, 10 out of 10. Happy to be living at Aqua!"
