"Nice enough Apartment...the one star pertains to the management. I drove from northern Washington under the impression that I was viewing the rental...no "deal" had been made. The "management" team was aggressive to the point of demanding payment for an apartment that I would have declined on further thought anyway. They also were asking for more than what was originally stated. No credit or background check...so no idea about the neighbors. Completely unprofessional. Buyer beware."
