"I called ,missed the call back from Victoria , The phone repeatedly disconnect at 10 seconds after ringing,I tried the website,it says internal error How in the heck are you supposed to apply for a waiting list with all the issues? Interested possible future tenant,I hope they read these"

"There are a lot of tweakers around and druggies. For space it is pretty nice, there are patios and such. There have been a lot of fights and stuff though. The police come around often, so often it's a very normal thing now. So I I don't like these apartments but they aren't horrific. But they are bad."

"This place is not all that bad despite what you may have heard from people. The people that trash talk it are the ones who do drugs and the ones that are unsafe to this environment. We lack a lot of help around here we constantly go through managers like crazy because they always quit so that leaves us at a disadvantage. We do have a manager now so let's pray we can make the environment cleaner. Please note this comment wasn't directed to anyone and this was not ment to be hurtful. This place was a lot better before we had drug interactions or people involved with crime. This is an okay place it's better than the majority of low end apartment's. This place does have lead paint so be careful also this place needs a lot of repairs."
