"John Barnett was the agent for the seller on the home we purchased. We asked if the washer & dryer came with the home, due to they were not listed but in the home at showing. Our agent asked John who replied the washer & dryer came with the home. We have this statement in a text. When we arrived for the walk the washer & dryer were not there. Our agent again asked John Barnett if the washer and dryer were to be left with the home. He again said yes but that is the last word we heard from him. John Barnett didn't say I made a mistake, John Barnett didn't say,I am sorry I will make it right. John just took his commission and move on. We are still deciding what action might be taken to resolve this. I highly recommend that you not use this agent or if he is involved in a deal you doing be ware!"
