"Worst place I ever lived. Moved in with a broken window and now trying to charge us for it. The people in the office are the "mean girls club". Their children make the pool and club house unbearable. They bullied my kids. Almost pushed my little kid into the pool doing flips while her mom drinks. Next to the no food or drinks sign. The corporate office never answers emails or complaints."

"We had a leak from ceiling in our bathroom on Christmas Day. Maintenance guy came, said he'd be back on Wednesday (2 days later) never checked on it, never checked upstairs unit to fix it, like he said. We also needed a new dryer, at the same time that happened. All he did was put new knobs on the dryer. That's the third time we've had to do that and it's a nuisance because the knobs last about two days and here we go again, using pliers to turn on the dryer. The owners are cheap. Very cheap. Only care about raising rent. Also, the office workers need to look harder for packages...she just glanced And goes "nope don't see anything else for you" without actually digging thru the three bins of packages, and couldn't even see mine that was actually in the front...I had to point it out to her. We are missing packages and it would be nice if they looked more thoroughly. I know it could have been delivered wrong but on the app it said delivered at office. So yeah, stay away from this place. We are planning on moving ASAP. I won't be surprised if they read this and just kick us out. Lol."

"Our carpets are in bad need of replacement. We have lived here ten plus years. We see other residents having their carpets replaced while occupying the unit. It smells like stale smoke in here all the time. It's in the carpet and the carpet pad. It's disgusting. My grandkids can't even sleep in their bags on my floor. I have complained over and over. We feel unimportant because we are on housing. It feel like discrimination."

"Been here almost 5 yrs. It's quite and peaceful here. I love my apt. There definitely has been some changes like rent increase or charging us water sewer trash. And I would like my carpets clean. The facility is nice and the maintenance men."
