"This Apartment complex was a great place to live. I had no issues with anyone and very quiet and clean complex. Even during covid management made moving in and out simple and quick. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We only moved as we needed a bigger place as i had a baby. highly recommend!"

"After living at River Place for 10 years I can honestly say I loved it. The grounds are kept up very nicely and the apartments are updated and cozy. The new managers, Cassie and her husband, are fantastic. I recently moved out of the area and was sorry to have to say goodbye. Cassie was so helpful getting all of my paperwork taken care of as well as even helping me get packed up since I am disabled and couldn't do much lifting. Also, any time I needed anything Cassie or her husband were quick to respond. The apartments are conveniently located to the bus line and it's only as short walk to restaurants and stores."

"Don't move here if you have kids. I'm only giving it one start because there is no option to give leas. The onsight managers are awful. When we moved in we thought they were going to be nice. Well, I sure learned to not judge a book by its cover. The wife of the managers was totally awful and harassed me and my kids the whole time we lived there. (And that was only about 6 months because we were very unhappy) my son was accused of many things he would did not do. My kids couldn't play outside. My dog was kicked by other person her lived there and when I reported it she blamed me and gave me a violation and I heard nothing of the other guy getting a write up or anything at all. She was always rude and snarky when talking to me. She gave me a violation for running a "daycare" and in her eyes "having someone else live there" when in reality, I work full-time as a single mother and I just have a babysitter who came 5 days from 5am to about 3pm a week to watch my 2 kids. State law says its not a daycare unless it more then 4 kids. I was so stressed out about how myself and my kids were treated by this woman that I was having panic attacks and felt like it wasn't even a home because we were be badly harassed by this person. I would never recommend these apartments to someone unless they got different managers on site. The owner however was very understanding of our issues. Because of him we were able to move to a place where myself, my kids and my dog are welcomed and we actually feel like this is our home. No one should ever feel the way this lady made my kids and myself feel. They should really feel ashamed of themselves for their actions!"
