"The apartments are nice, spacious, and updated and give you more of a homey feel than other apartments do. It's a very safe and beautiful neighborhood and I really enjoyed living here as a whole! It's a pretty quiet apartment complex which, as someone else mentioned, can be a pro and a con as any active noise (even if it is considered reasonable) is noticed and sometimes commented on by other residents. Our maintenance requests were always answered in a timely manner and Jennifer was been pretty responsive to any other requests or needs as well. The only reason we moved out was because we finally bought a house (yay!), otherwise this set to be was our long-term apartment. The move-out process was also very smooth, which I had been worried about since I had been screwed over before in apartment living but they were very honest and reasonable!"

"Pros: - Really secure/safe neighborhood - Close proximity to the elementary school - Quiet - Elderly Community surrounded - I liked the Kitchen. Cons: - Parking is "first come first serve" - Being quiet - Can't have tacks or nails in walls - Only certain dog breeds permitted"
