"I highly recommend The Jones Apartments in Hillsboro, OR. This is a great place to live and I love the management and maintenance team(s) that work here! This management team takes the time to really listen to what their tenants have to say and accommodate as much as possible. Where many of the complaints tend to be "first world" issues, the management staff responds quickly and in a very positive way. They understand the concept of "communication" being the key to a good tenant/property management relationship. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to needs in the units and work with you for scheduling. We have lived here for nearly five years now and I would gladly say this is "my home". The floorplans of the units are very accommodating to what your needs are and no breed restrictions on animals. They have hardwood flooring in the common spaces, which is so easy to clean with little hassle. The deck space on the 2 and 3-bedroom units are large and provide a great workspace when WFH. If a space to call your own and a property management and maintenance staff that will listen and respond positively are your priorities, this will be your place to call HOME!"

"Must get in direct contact with the owner but they show a mailing address in portland and a location off walker road but no building number Please owner it’s an urgent matter that the manager isn’t helping with actually 100% ignoring. Horrible horrible service putting your reputation on the line"

When I arrived early for my appt, Erica was in the office, and again was EXCEPTIONALLY sweet and pleasant to work with. I felt very welcome. "I have been here for more than 2 years and the management is very friendly. Especially Cassidy (on the front desk) she is always cheerful and my dog has to stop & say hi to her everyday. Guest parking is an issue but apart from that, the community is very close to beautiful trails and Orenco woods."
