Haven Apartments at Orenco Station

"My water bill used to vary from $45-70, but the sewer bill always hovered around 260 plus. Since they couldn't find any issue as to why the sewer bill will be ridiculously high, the previous manager kept adjusting the sewer bill to $60 per month until the last several months, when new manager came in and stopped adjusting the sewer with a lame reasoning. Recently I moved to a big house, but my water and sewer bill hovers around 130-140 combined. What really displeased me is that I had a $1000 deposit, but in the end I had to pay $232 more on top of my deposit , although I went extra mile to clean the apartment before move-out. The ridiculous sewer bill for the last 2 and a half months inflated the final balance sheet. From the previous reviews, it's clear that perhaps it's their policy to not give any deposit back. Besides the unpleasant experience last couple of months, I think I liked living in there and I stayed there for almost two years. Previous manager , Matt and maintenance guy were awesome and easy to talk to."

"Haven apartments at Orenco is a great community. I lived there for almost 2 years and had a very good experience. Apartment and the facilities were very well kept... Modern floor plans, priced well, good appliances and property is well maintained. The atmosphere is quite too. Specially the clubhouse was a wonderful place for gatherings. Staff was super nice. They are so helpful and attentive. A great apartment complex in Orenco area. Highly recommend it!!"

Within my first year, there has been a lot to appreciate and admire about this wonderful community. As I look forward to renewing my contract for another year, I thought it best to share with others just how excellent this place genuinely is. First and foremost, the management team is incredible. They are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely care about each of their residents. They keep everyone informed, address concerns promptly and professionally, and always go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and well taken care of. The greatness of this place starts with the fantastic people who manage it. Secondly, the maintenance team does a phenomenal job of keeping the community clean and well-maintained. If you ever have any issue, they are responsive and efficient in resolving it. They work hard to ensure the common areas remain tidy, and the landscape remains pristine. It's refreshing to live in a place that values cleanliness and upkeeping, making it a delight to come home to every day. The neighbors surrounding the community are also a significant contributing factor to this being an excellent residency. They are friendly, respectful, and equally share the responsibility of maintaining a warm and welcoming environment. Living so close to others can sometimes be an issue, but in this apartment complex, it has only been a pleasure. "Haven apartments are great. They are luxury apartments but priced well. They are very new & modern with open floor plans and stainless appliances, but these things can be seen in pictures or via a tour. What you can’t see is the quiet atmosphere, community vibe, and helpful staff. I’ve never heard my neighbors (3rd floor) and I was very surprised. One thing I’ve noticed living here is that they have an amazing maintenance manager. Gabriel really goes above and beyond. He takes care of the units by taking care of the tenants. Moving in was a breeze and he was very helpful. I’ve only had a couple of small requests but they were taken care of quick, and one day my car wouldn’t start and he made time to help me. They say nothing is perfect but Haven apartments comes pretty close. Thank you to the staff who really help make it home. I would recommend it to anyone."
