"This is the worst place I have ever lived. Managers were inconsistent. I lived here for just under 2 years and saw 3 property managers come and go. Communication was poor and we never knew when management was leaving/when we would get management (didn’t have any for months). I had to call the management company almost 10 times before getting a response about my security deposit. On top of this, my roommates and I were harassed by a neighbor repeatedly and threatened… nothing was done about this despite proof. Everything is outdated. My apartment was falling apart when I moved in and they attempted to keep my whole ($1800) security deposit to remodel despite only doing minimal damage to disintegrating carpet (I have heard this is a common theme for the management company). After threatening legal action 3 times, I finally got it back. The only redeeming quality is that it is decently cheap. If you decide to move in here, good luck."
"Pat & Allen were awesome. Unfortunately, they have retired and this place has gone down the hole. Current on-site managers are HORRIBLE!! Stay away... you've been warned."
"I've lived at Trillium Square for a year and a half and my experience here has largely been amazing. The apartment managers Pat and Allen were great. However, they left the job and now we are without a manager which has caused problems. My fridge and freezer have not been working for nearly 4 weeks at this point. I spent two weeks trying to get in contact with the apartment manager and left multiple voicemails explaining the situation. I did not know how to file a work order as this is my first apartment. Previously Pat and Allen were kind enough to walk me through things when I had questions. Eventually we went up the chain of command after receiving no calls back. A person came down from Portland with the repairman to take a look at our fridge/freezer and give an estimate for repair. The person from Portland was super rude and seemed mad that she had to be here. The repairman diagnosed the problem as being an issue with the fan in the fridge/freezer that would need to be replaced. He did not fix anything that day. The person from Portland gave us information on how to digitally file a work order if our fridge/freezer still wasn't working. I filed a work order on 2/6/22 explaining the problem and what needed to be fixed. I received a comment on 2/7/22 clarifying that the "fix" did not solve the problem. I responded on 2/9/22 at the fridge/freezer was still not working because no fix was performed just an estimate. There has been no further communication at this time. Having a functioning fridge/freezer is vital to the safety and wellbeing of renters. It is the job of management to swiftly address essential services like this. I am very disappointed with how management does not seem to care about our health or safety. Due to our non-functioning fridge/freezer we have had to throw out many pounds of food. I have loved living in this apartment complex because overall the experience has been very good. However, management does not get to ignore the needs of the renters just because there is currently no manager living on site. By not swiftly fixing the problem, they are creating a hazardous living environment for their tenants."
"I have lived here for 5 months and have absolutely loved the property. Jessica is amazing, and the price is really great for the size of the apt! Definitely some of the best in the area"
"I have lived here one year this month, and love it. Our manager Jessica is absolutely terrific. Always ready to help with any problems etc"
