"I walk through the very nice lite door of Hofenbredl Realty, kudos to them for being handicap friendly! I'm buying a house and so I stopped off at Hofenbredl Realty to see what they had to offer. I was greeted right away by the owner herself. I said hi in return . She asked me " what could she do for me " and my reply was "you could help me buy a house." And I told her my price range and that it would be a cash deal. She said she had two houses right here that have just come available and since it was a cash deal then she could probably get the owners to take less then they we're asking for on both houses. I asked if i could get copies on the information on the houses and she said yes and she went to make copies. When she came back she gave me my copies and suggest i drive by them and see what i think. She then gave me her business card and said to call her on her cell phone if I wanted to arrange a viewing of the houses. I said ok I would call her. I then left the building and I almost made it to my car when the realtor came out of the building saying wait she found another house that she thought I would like to look at . So, I took the paperwork on the house and said thanks and we said goodbye again. I got into my car so excited that I had 3 houses to look at!
