"Seems like kind of a sketchy place. I attend NA meetings here. The clubhouse is nice and clean. Very grateful for this place being available for meetings. Seem to be a bunch of tweakers running around just after dark."

"Step son just moved to these apartments. Its a very nice complex for this small town. The grounds are very well kept the apartment itself is nice but a little small for a 2 bedroom. But the bathroom is rather large even compared to homes in this area. If set up properly it is very cozy for a small beginning family. Parking is pretty typical for apartment complex. Only down side in my opinion there is not a covered parking area...even if one would have to pay a little more...this option isn't available here. They are pet friendly here. Will update this post if I see any further negative or positive aspects to the place"

"The manager, Shanna, is really wonderful! It's quiet, clean, spacious, our unit was updated inside with a lovely river view. Little swing set and climber for the kids on the property which is handy. Nice small town apt complex."
