"We booked this very last minute and we are so glad we did! Charles was a wonderful boat captain and tour guide. We learned so much interesting information about the city, the bridges and history of the river. We took the skyline tour on a chilly night and the boat was warm and cozy and the river was all ours. We highly recommend the view of Portland from Charles's pontoon boat! We can't wait to take another cruise with him down river in the spring/summer!"
