"7/2 No garbage service for over a week. Was told it's probably due to them not paying the bill, yet every month they collect fees for garbage service. After nearly a month with no service had to call code enforcement to get it resolved. 6/28 Every year the rent goes up but less gets done around here. Over heard a couple neighbors talking and they feel like we have slum lords running the place. When I first moved in I was excited to live here, not so much anymore."
