"The team is so nice, Kiley and Kristie are so funny, friendly and welcoming. The apartments are on the older side compared to the brand new communities, but I think it's maintained well for its age and they put effort into keeping the place looking nice"

"Our family moved in to Cortland Village the end of May, Kristie made our move from house to apartment home a lot easier, she put up with my million questions and didn't complain lol We love the location, free coffee bar in the office, complimentary rental of bonus space, valet trash service, gym, pool, spa, package lockers, gift wrapping station during the holidays and SO MUCH MORE! The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars vs 5 is we have had some issues because it is an older complex BUT JR and the rest of the maintenance team are very nice and work very hard to resolve the problems."

"Cortland Village is a great place to live in!!! :) This a place where I truly feel like home. Location is truly convenient, especially if you rely on public transportation for day to day basis. Apartment area is always clean, safe, and neat. I usually like to take an afternoon walk after work, around the apartment perimeter just to enjoy the view. The management is super friendly and helpful. They have this fancy Starbucks coffee machine in their office which I regularly use. I like to stop by their office and sometimes just saying hi and getting myself a cup of coffee LOLLLL!!! but wait, there is more. The package is delivered to a secured Parcel Pending mail room which you have to punch in the codes to retrieve your package. Overall 1000/10. For those are looking for an apartment to live in Hillsboro area. Look no further: this is the best place that you could live in. The office is open 7 days a week so you could just give the office a call / send an email. One of the super friendly admins will help you out with all of your questions."

"We moved here in August. Kristie made the process so quick and easy! The admin have been great in addressing all of our concerns and are always happy to help! I love the location of our apartment along with the valet trash service and included covered parking. Did I mention the dog park? My pup loves it! I only give 4 stars due to the apartments being a little older and needing some repairs, but the maintenance team is always quick to fix the problem!"
