"it's calmed down on the mariachi music A Lot. No bugs that I've seen. and there's the occasional kid running around but the same two from the same familia.. us white natives aren't seen as a threat but speaking Spanish does help a lot.. you've just got to honestly understand how Spanish people live and think, its nothing against us more white skinned people, but we all find comfort with familiar things right"
"My mom Melba (Mel) used to manage these apartments back in the early 80 they were alot better than they are now! She was a great Manger and the place was alot better and it was good to live there. I guess it's gone down hill since she left.. Nothing but memories of my mother are still there ! Nothings been the same since, to bad to hear this about this complex what a crying. LRS"
"No enforcement on parking, loud mariachi music played day in and day out from all sides. Tenants let their children run around units unattended and if you aren't Hispanic you are viewed as a threat."
