"They spent 4 months avoiding us after they canceled one our claims. The guy they sent from furniture solutions told us to stuff our own couch with feathers. Mind you we spent 500 dollars for insurance on our couch. Than they very rudely said our couch wasnt covered. 1 cushion would be covered not all 3 like they said. This company is nothing but a scam. If i saw their name attached to any business I was doing. I would walk out right that moment maybe even run."

"This is definitely NOT real insurance and will do nothing if you have a series illness. They auto dial you from list you may have intentionally or unintentionally filled out or were inquiring about insurance. These or some sort of off-shoot discount plans that will do ABSOLUTELLY NOTHING if you get really sick. They pushed this United Healthcare plan which I researched was not underwitten by United Healthcare would pay for my doctor visits up to 6 per year paying $100 per visit. Okay, here's the deal - since this whacked out plan won't payout if you get really sick like a millions dollars if you get cancer for example, you are essentially paying 2k or more annually for a few doctor visits. They have these very odd urgent care/er plans. Is all I have to say is do your research. These will not help you if you have a bigboy problem. These are the children's mini-bandaid somewhat insurance type programs, Great if you cut your finger. GET ON a real insurance plan. If you can't afford it you may be better off not getting on any insurance plan until you do. If you can go to the market place Healthcare.gov and see if you qualify if not see if you can find real short-term plan that can carry you for a few months until you do. Even these plans are week. Do your homework or you will just be wasting your money on bottom of the barrel sort of insurance. Get your kids real insurance. Buyer beware. This is a call center selling in my opinion junk insurance. Weigh the yearly cost with what you may pay cash per visit. Hope and pray you can somehow get on with a real insurance company. If not, sadly you are better off quitting your job and getting state insurance simply because these plans will not cover but a teeny bit if you get something bad. That is my 2 cents. Do your homework on the plans they try and push."

"Company buys leads and calls them continuously regardless of request to not call further. We have received 7 calls from them and requested to be removed. Got hung up when I requested, called back twice and was subsequently hung up on. As a business owner, looking for dental insurance for my family and company basic internal systems to handl lead databases and do not call lists should be a basic function.. I can only imagine how good their other systems and processes aren't... When I called them to let them know of the issue I was hung up on."
