"Unit #10 is the worst unit ever! I feel robbed at $456 for two nights in this unit. I wrote the following letter to Beach house Vacation Rentals and have not heard back. So here everyone, this was my experience with on 6/19/ - 6/20/20. I stayed in unit #10 at the Riverwalk Condominiums in Seaside on Friday 6/19 for two nights with my daughter and sister. When we checked in that evening, the dishwasher was partially full of dirty dishes, there were cobwebs and dust on the light fixture above the dining table, a pillowcase in the master bedroom had an eye makeup stain and there was a noticeable amount of thick dust in between the bed and nightstand in the master room, (see attached pictures). Price was part of the reason I selected this property, but when I made the reservation, I saw an added $100 for cleaning and $10 for linens. To find these cleaning issues upon check in after being charged $110 upfront for cleaning and linens was disappointing. I emailed when I checked in about the dishwasher and light fixture but received checkout instructions in response. I am not sure if that was automated or a request for me to check out if I was not happy. Riverwalk Condominiums unit #10 is the worst unit/room/place I have ever stayed in, let alone paid for. Not only was the unit not properly cleaned, but the furniture was hideous and inefficient. On surface it looked nice enough, but the master bed feels like it is made of cardboard and springs and there is a huge dip on one side. To sleep on the side of the bed by the door you must sleep in the dip; it takes a major effort to roll out of that dip and you just end up rolling back into it. I cannot believe you are charging for this bed. The loveseat was small and looked uncomfortable so we did not use it, but we thought we could at least pull out the hide-a-bed bed and sit on it to watch a movie one evening. The mattress was so thin you could see the frame through it from across the room, and when we pulled the mattress up we saw that the bottom was ripped and hanging and the mattress was less than one inch thick laid onto the metal frame. We attempted to lay on the floor in the living room, but the carpet had a foul odor. The TV in the master bedroom is old and too small and should be replaced, and the DVD player in the living room ate my daughter’s DVD and should be replaced as well. Both are cheap and easy fixes. The two reclining chairs are wobbly and so close to the floor they were extremely uncomfortable. The balcony is covered with slippery green moss. A fan or two should be provided being that there is no AC. I understand that Beachhouse Vacation Rentals is a property management company for the owners of that unit. My recommendation is that you not rent it until at least the beds are replaced and it is cleaned properly. Sometimes one gives up some comforts for others but there was nothing to offer from our stay other than the location. No AC, no fan, no pool, hot tub, no comforts at all, nothing to offset the hideous furniture and cleaning job for a two-night stay for $456. Thank you for reading this"

I would highly recommend it ❤ The price was high but it was everywhere in town, being that it was Valintine Day an 3 day weekend for president Day! We were there for a reunion for our Grandson coming home from being deployed for 6 months an will be going back"

"This is not what i would call these condos there more like Apartments. My brother lived here for a couple years, back then they were apartments. So no changes in this place just a name change. WOW Really Sad. People are so freaking money hungry."
