"We love this place. This is one of those types of places that you just want to give more than 5 stars. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pool and hot tub are refreshing and relaxing. The location itself is not directly on the beach but is close enough. It is just a short walk to Broadway, which has Carousel Mall and all of the little shops that I simply must visit. The price is very reasonable. The room includes a kitchen area and a washer and dryer, so if I need to use them, they are here for me. This is not our first visit and definitely will not be our last. This is becoming my home away from home."

"We absolutely loved our stay!!! I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They were all incredibly warm and friendly. While walking through the hotel, we were asked numerous times if there was anything we needed for our room to make our stay more comfortable. We were also called up to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory after we checked in. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family! We had a nice king bed to sleep in with a door to our room and our own bathroom, our teenager had a queen room so he could have his privacy, and our younger kiddo had the sofa bed. There was so much space for everyone! The full kitchen was awesome. There were board games available to borrow in the lobby, and we had a great time playing games by the cozy fire in our suite. Everything was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Being right in downtown was so nice. We walked everywhere! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Best hotel we have stayed in, ever!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are nothing short of GORGEOUS! The pool is nice but it could be a little warmer even for someone like me who loves the cold. Overall a very relaxing great stay."

"Considering how much we like this hotel I'm very disappointed. We love the ground floor suite with full kitchen, laundry and many extras. We've had the same room a few times. Even our picky little dog loves it. Now the rub... We hadn't been away from home in 15 months but two days after returning home we find a dead bed bug and then a live one. We start rewashing everything and several days later find another one. I'm so conflicted about how I feel. Really love the room but now I don't know if I feel comfortable going back. I even called the hotel to make sure they were aware of the problem. They were cordial but didn't seem overly concerned. Disappointing."
