"I had AAA for 60 - SIXTY years in California. I called them in OR to give my new address, etcetera. I talked with an agent, forgot her name - told her about the 60 years - and in the conversation I mentioned something about car auto rates here. She, of her own volition, arbitrarily changed my carrier, from AAA to Travelers, and happened to mention that in the discussion. I jolted awake and asked her to repeat that. She did, and seemed unconcerned about the change! I yelled at her! She burst into tears, I was stunned at her reaction, so unprofessional, and at the fact she would change my AAA, arbitrarily, to Travelers! What kind of kindergarten are they running here? Eventually, AAA got just too out of hand with the fees, so I now have Progressive. AAA here is just too stupid and snotty."
