"Unit we stayed in, Spaghetti and Beach Balls, was very tastefully redone. The bedding was cozy, towels clean and the place was spotless. Pool and Jacuzzi area was enjoyable and just the right temperatures. We'll definitely be returning."

"We did a 1 day family trip. We loved how big the "room" was. Love how it had everything that we needed just Incase. The boys loved the pool. The hot tub was out of order so that was kind of a bummer. The view was amazing. The couch throw pillows smelled like dog; but everything else was nice and clean. We will definitely visit again but for a longer amount of time. *P.S. the room is not the green. It is just I had no flash on my phone.*"

"Be very wary of booking condos here as what you see may not be what you get! My wife and booked a condo at Surftides plaza for our 1 year wedding anniversary and the pictures / description of the room did NOT at all match the actual room we were placed in. We paid almost $1000 for a 3 night stay and we feel like we were severely scammed. The online images were of course of a remodeled unit where everything seemed great / modern and beautiful and the room we were actually placed in had did not come close. The condo we were placed in had severely outdated furniture that smelled odd and had stains on some of them, the carpet was also really outdated and also had a weird smell. There was odd / off putting religious / culty looking artwork through out the entire condo. There was also a creepy mirror inlaid into the wall (seemed like it could have been a false mirror? and you cant check behind it because again it is inlaid into the drywall) Call me paranoid but we ended up covering the mirror with a bedsheet... As soon as we checked in we reached out to management and they corresponded initially telling us there was nothing they could do and that it was too late (at check in time? How could we have known we were going to be placed into the wrong room before then?) to do anything and promptly stopped replying to our texts. They refused to refund any amount of money. We would have been happy with a 25% refund because we thought we were paying for a premium room and were placed into a non premium, old, outdated, smelly, not romantic at all condo."

"Stayed here week before Memorial Weekend (2023) Decent size units. Self check in/out was easy. Unit itself: Our unit lacked some decent basic cooking utensils. I would be prepared to bring your kitchen with you (seasonings,foil,bags,cooking utensils, additional cookware if 1 pot, 1 pan is not enough)"
